The Honorable High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla approves the Scheme of Arrangement between KDDL Limited and Kamla Retail Limited, to transfer the retail business division of the Company (Ethos Division) on a going concern basis to its wholly owned subsidiary company Kamla Retail Limited. The Orders were passed on 26th September, 2008. As per the Scheme of Arrangement the Appointed Date is 1st April, 2008. A copy of the High Court Order may be obtained by clicking the link below.
